September was full of sizzle (for placements, that is!). Sincerest congratulations to Jeff Pengilley on being named Oxnard’s Community Development Director. Jeff joined the City way back in 2000 as a Plan Check Engineer and steadily worked his way up through the ranks serving the last four years as Assistant Community Development Director.
“Jeff Brings extensive knowledge and experience within Oxnard to this leadership role,” said City Manager Alexander Nguyen. “I am confident that he will continue to steer the department towards implementing solutions that bring greater efficiency and results for Oxnard residents and businesses.” We certainly share that confidence and are excited about the future contributions Jeff will make to the City’s exciting transformation.
