We are excited to formally announce the addition of Adam McGill to the TBC recruiting team!
Adam joined the recruiting and consulting world following a 32-year career in the public sector serving communities of all sizes. Most recently, he spent seven years with the City of Novato in Marin County, first as Police Chief and the last four years as City Manager. He previously served as Police Chief in the Cities of Truckee and Newman, after coming up through the ranks in the Modesto Police Department.
“We are honored that Adam agreed to join TBC earlier this year and his transition from being a government professional to that of being a trusted advisor to our Northern California local government clients has been seamless,” stated Teri Black in sharing the news. She added, “His unique experience as both a city manager and police chief is a rare combination that will benefit our team and clients alike.”
Adam is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix and Master’s degree in Emergency Services Administration from Cal State Long Beach.
