Prior to joining Team Palo Alto, Jennifer served as Planning Manager for the Town of Los Gatos. Her 23 years of urban planning experience also includes serving the communities of Rio Vista, the Institute for Local Government and consulting roles in the private sector. Fun fact: this is Jennifer’s second tour in Palo Alto, having been a Planner and Planning Intern there earlier in her career.
Jennifer holds a Master’s in Community Planning from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Vassar College.
