We are pleased to announce that Eva Hilliard is the City of Novato’s new Chief People Officer. Yay Eva!
Eva brings a wealth of transferrable HR experience from healthcare and academia where she has invested the last 18 years of her career. Most of her professional experience comes from the healthcare industry, most recently serving as Chief People Officer for the San Francisco Health Plan. Eva also served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Director of the Office of People and Culture for Samuel Merritt University. Prior to that She was Human Resources Director for the Sutter Solano Medical Center in Vallejo and has held numerous positions throughout the Sutter Health system.
In addition to her extensive expertise in talent acquisition, organizational culture, employee engagement, and strategic planning, Eva holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UC Berkeley.
