Last month, the City of Mountain View named Kirstin Hinds to one of two new Economic Development Strategist positions. Prior to joining Mountain View, Kirstin was most recently a Senior Advisor with HdL. What’s even cooler is her local government experience having served as Community & Economic Development Director and Assistant to the City Manager in Freeport, IL.
Kirstin earned her MPA from Northern Illinois University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies & Intergovernmental Business Studies from the University of Iowa.
