We couldn’t be more excited about Redwood City welcoming Beth Goldberg as the City’s new Finance Director. In a word, yay! Earlier this year, Beth began investing over two decades of experience in shaping the fiscal and policy landscape of complex public agencies to our long-time client on the SF Peninsula.
During her career, Beth has served as Budget Director for the City of Seattle, Administrative Services Director for the City of Sammamish, Finance Director for the City of Issaquah, and Deputy City Manager for the City of Kirkland.
“We are thrilled to have Beth join our team as Finance Director,” said City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz. “She is a highly capable executive and her dedication to fiscal responsibility will be instrumental as we navigate the opportunities and challenges ahead, paving the way for a bright and sustainable future for Redwood City.”
Beth holds an MPA from the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Policy and Governance and earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
