The City of Chino has selected Theresa Doyle to serve as its next Director of Human Resources/Risk Management overseeing all program areas of the department, including Personnel, General Liability and Workers’ Compensation and Employee Services. Theresa is an experienced HR leader with 30 years of professional experience in education and local government. Her last 14 years of experience have focused on human resources and risk management.
Most recently, Theresa served as the Deputy Director of Human Resources/Risk Management in the City of Upland. Her background includes experience with the County of San Bernardino and more than 20 years with the San Bernardino City Unified School District.
Theresa holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University.
