The City of San Carlos recently welcomed Tracy Scramaglia from the City of Belmont where she previously served as Assistant Public Works Director/City Engineer. In addition to her time in Belmont, Tracy brings incredible regional public works and engineering experience to our client having previously served in key positions with the Cities of San Mateo, South San Francisco and the City/County of San Francisco. As a bonus, our candidate also spent time in the private sector earlier in her career. The best of all worlds!
In addition to loving her engineering and project breadth, we were impressed with her passion for leading and mentoring others in her field. Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from San Francisco State University.
