In May, the Contra Costa Water District welcomed Kimberly Castillo as its new Principal Human Resources Analyst. Congratulations, Kimberly!!
Before becoming a member of Team CCWD, Kimberly was a Division Director of Recruitment and Operations in the City/County of San Francisco where she actually began her career. In between her two stints in SF, our candidate spent time as a Senior Human Resources Analyst with the City of Berkeley. In total, she brings 13 years of progressively responsible municipal HR experience to the District and looks forward to her continued growth in local government.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from San Francisco State University and is bilingual in Spanish.
