Teri Black & Co was honored to join the City of Novato in welcoming Christopher Benigni to California and to his new job as Deputy Public Works Director. Before making the big cross-country move, Chris was the Assistant Public Works Director in the City of Largo, Florida, where he served in various public works roles for more than eight years.
Our candidate earned a Master of Liberal Arts with a focus on sustainability from Harvard University along with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin. In addition to various technical certifications, Chris also holds graduate certificates in natural resource management and sustainable ecosystems, and environmental policy and international development.
