We are thrilled in the most May kind of way to announce the City of San Leandro’s selection of Alicia Hernandez to serve as Chief Technology Officer!!
This week, City Manager Janelle Cameron announced the appointment stating, “Alicia’s leadership, technical depth, and strong track record of delivering technology that serve departments and the community make her an outstanding addition to our executive team. We look forward to the vision and momentum she will bring to San Leandro.”
Alicia brings more than two decades of experience leading complex technology initiatives and most recently served as Enterprise Systems Manager for the City of Fremont. In addition to Alicia’s career in local government, our candidate invested 11 years in the private sector in various tech roles. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology.
