Out of a pool of well over 300 candidates, we are honored to celebrate the City of Tustin’s selection of Rachel Lurya to be the organization’s first Communications & Marketing Manager.
Until recently, Rachel served as Digital Marketing & Communications Manager for the Orange County Health Care Agency and previously held communications and public information-related positions in the County CEO and Board of Supervisor offices. In addition, our candidate earned her bachelor’s degree in media studies from UC Berkeley.
Rachel’s new job will allow her to play a role in elevating Tustin’s communication and branding strategies as the City advances its economic development efforts like never before. The future just got a little brighter in Tustin with Rachel on board.
