As we near the end of July, it seems like the perfect time to celebrate new beginnings! The City of Escondido recently announced the selection of Andrew Firestine to serve as Director of Development Services. Being a native of the city made the appointment all the more special for this candidate who begins his new role this week.
Andrew brings a wealth of local government leadership experience to this San Diego area community of 153,000. Prior to arriving in Escondido, he served as Assistant City Manager/Director of Public Works in the City of Palm Desert.
