The City of Escondido recently announced the selection of Andrew Firestine to serve as Director of Development Services. Being a native of the city made the appointment all the more special for this candidate who begins his new role this week.

Andrew brings a wealth of local government leadership experience to this San Diego area community of 153,000. Prior to arriving in Escondido, he served as Assistant City Manager/Director of Public Works in the City of Palm Desert.
