San Leandro Appoints Michael Sinor as Chief Technology Officer

We’re starting off August with exciting placement news! San Leandro City Manager Fran Robustelli has announced the appointment of Michael Sinor to be the City’s new Chief Technology Officer. Michael currently serves as the Interim Information Technology Director for the City of Berkeley. He brings decades of experience delivering innovative solutions having previously served in the City of Roseville for more than 20 years.

“Michael’s proven track record in local government will help elevate or positively rethink our City’s IT programs and processes. I am grateful Michael will use his talents, skills, and abilities to help each City department so they can better serve our San Leandro residents and stakeholders,” stated City Manager Fran Robustelli.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Cruz and is a Certified Government Chief Information Officer by Rutgers University.
