Anytime we hear Brady Griffin’s name it always makes us smile, so imagine how thrilled we were to place our longtime HR partner in a new job. Someone pinch us! We’ve had the privilege of working with Brady for years in his prior role in the City of Burbank. In addition to his stellar HR talents, he always brings cheer and optimism and is a joy to work with. In March, Brady transitioned to being Human Resources Manager in the City of Pasadena filling the vacancy created by his new boss, Tiffany Jacobs-Quinn, when she was promoted to HR Director.
Prior to joining the HR team in Pasadena, Brady invested more than 20 years of professional service in the City of Burbank, starting his career in the Recreation & Community Services Department and eventually moving into Management Services where began his HR path in 2006, working his way up from an Administrative Analyst to HR Manager. He brings a wealth of highly relevant full-service mid-size city HR experience to Pasadena.
Brady holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in Organizational Leadership from Woodbury University. He now leads the Employment Services Division in Pasadena’s HR Department overseeing 11 team members.
