Congratulations go out to Damian Skinner on his recent appointment to serve as Assistant Public Works Director for Fleet & Building in the City of Burbank! In his new role, he is responsible for 1.3 million square feet of buildings and a fleet of 500 units.
TBC is honored to have placed Damian twice in his distinguished career and his new job in Burbank marks a return “home” to Southern California. He previously served as Assistant Public Works Director for Transportation & Business Services in the City of Mountain View.
Damian brings over 20 years of wide-ranging California public works experience to Burbank. In addition to Mountain View, he has also served in the Cities of Gilroy, Torrance and Culver City. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Loyola Marymount University.
