Earlier this summer, the City of San Carlos welcomed two new Senior Planners to their crew and Laura Richstone was one of the outstanding candidates selected.
Prior to joining Team San Carlos, Laura served as an Associate Planner in the City of San Mateo. She brings extensive regional planning experience to her new city having also served in the County of San Mateo for the first six years of her career. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science & Management from UC Davis.
