September is good for celebrating and so much more! One of our early summer success stories entailed recruiting two new Senior Planners for the City of San Carlos. Rendell Bustos was one of the exceptional candidates selected. Way to go Rendell!!
Before joining the San Carlos crew, Rendell served as a Senior Planner/Deputy Zoning Administrator for the City of San Mateo where he served for nine years. His planning and architectural experience also includes service in the City of Palo Alto and the private sector. Rendell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture & Community Design from the University of San Francisco.
