TBC is honored to announce the City of Tustin’s selection of Brian Moncrief to serve as the City’s new Deputy City Manager for Real Property. We are especially excited about this match given the City’s ambitious goals and Brian’s proven history of excellence in product delivery. The Tustin recruitment attracted nearly 90 candidates and, following a rigorous interview and selection process, Brian stood out as the ideal choice for this newly created position.
