TBC was honored to recently place Jennifer Crims with the Central County Fire District (CCFD) as the agency’s very first Human Resources Director. The fire service is a unique niche, and we were so fortunate to discover Jennifer and the great work she was doing at the San Mateo Consolidated Fire Department (SMCFD) as a Senior Human Resources Analyst during the recruitment.
Prior to investing the last five years of her career with the SMCFD, Jennifer served as a Senior Risk Management Analyst and Senior Human Resources Analyst with the City of San Mateo making her local government experience ideal for her new role. As HR Director in CCFD, Jennifer will be supporting an organization of 91 FTE in all aspects of HR.
