The Housing Manager will be an important voice in the shaping the future of affordable housing in this Orange County community of more than 318,000.
To say Hitta brings a wealth of housing experience to Irvine would be a drastic understatement. From the private sector side, Hetta offers 35 years of industry experience to her new job. She has served as a consultant and advisor to numerous cities and counties across California and, most recently, built the Community Development and Housing Consulting practice at Harris & Associates. Hitta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
