Drumroll please…we are thrilled to congratulate Luis De La Hoya who is now serving as Deputy Finance Director with the City of Ontario. Before joining Team Ontario in February, Luis held Finance Manager and Accounting Manager positions with the City Eastvale and previously worked with the City of San Bernardino and County of Riverside during his local government career.
As a Deputy Finance Director, Luis holds a key leadership position with the Financial Services Agency that has an operating budget of $1.65 billion and a $2.88 billion 5-year capital improvement program. The City of Ontario has 184,000 residents and 94,700 jobs and named one of USA Today’s Top Workplaces for the last two consecutive years!!
Our candidate earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an accounting concentration from Cal State Fullerton.
