Tim added “Her focus on organizational development and employee engagement will help us continue to attract and retain top talent to deliver City services.”
Heather currently serves as Human Resources Director with the City of Napa. During her 25-year public sector human resources career, she also has held a senior leadership positions with the City of Vallejo, Napa County, City of San Jose, and San Mateo County.
Our candidate earned a MPA from CSU, East Bay and a Bachelor’s degree in psychology/business administration from UCLA. She begins her role on March 30 and will oversee the HR Department whose team of 22 provides full-service HR and Risk Management services.
