We are pleased to have assisted our long-time client, the City of Goleta, with the selection of Rosemarie Gaglione as the City’s new Public Works Director. The transition will be a smooth one, as Rosemarie has been the City’s Interim Public Works Director since March.
“We are fortunate to be able to promote one of our existing employees to this important position,” said City Manager Michelle Greene. “Ms. Gaglione has been a critical member of our Public Works team for the last 7½ years and has provided leadership for our ambitious program of capital improvement work.”
During Rosemarie’s 17-years in engineering service and leadership for the City, she created a track-record for reliably tackling all challenges with incredible skill and perspective. Her ability to competently solve complex problems would not be possible without her unique ability to effectively communicate and engage large multidisciplinary teams to get the job done.
Rosemarie holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic University (Cal Poly), San Luis Obispo, California. She is also a licensed Civil Engineer.
