Teri Black & Co is honored to join the City of Santa Clara in welcoming John Ramirez as its new Director of Water & Sewer Utilities.
An accomplished leader with over 30 years of public sector water experience, John is not new to the Bay Area having previously served in the Contra Costa Water District. He brings close to 20 years of Chief Operator experience to Santa Clara and his background includes serving the City of Sunnyvale.
John earned an MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Notre Dame de Namur University. Clearly an expert in the industry, he also holds T-5 and D-5 certifications.
