Teri Black & Co. is thrilled to welcome Jennifer Curtis back as a Senior Recruiter. Jennifer was part of our crew 2022-2023 and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate her return!!
Jennifer brings our clients over 25 years of public sector human resources experience including serving as HR Director in the Cities of Pasadena and Ventura (both were TBC placements 😍). She also held leadership roles in the City of Santa Clarita as well as the University of Florida where she began her career.
Her extensive knowledge of municipal operations runs deep and Jennifer’s extensive expertise in recruiting and hiring, organizational development and employee and labor relations will service our clients well and we can’t wait for our clients to benefit from her incredible talent.
Jennifer holds a master’s degree in mass communication from the University of Florida and bachelor’s degree in communication from UC Santa Barbara. As part of her extensive professional involvement, she served as a Board Member and is a Past President of the California Public Employers Labor Relations Association.
